We had a great Easter stay! the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. the parking was ample and the balcony was spacious, with beautiful views. the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the Jacuzzi tub was a nice bonus. the staff was friendly and responsive to our needs.

The heaters were difficult to adjust and the door to the property was a challenge to open. the instructions for the internet were not accurate, and we had trouble using the TV with the DVD player.

We had an amazing stay! Big living room, great kitchen with useful cooking equipment, and a dining area. The balcony storage nook for ski gear was perfect. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to transportation and parking. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our move in and figuring out the area a breeze.

Christmas at this hotel was a blast! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski lifts and shuttle pick-up, which meant we spent more time skiing and less time commuting. The staff was extremely helpful and gave us great tips for navigating the area. Our room was very spacious with a large balcony, perfect for some ski gear storage. We also loved the fact that there was a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen for cooking.

The heaters in the room were a bit too warm and we found it difficult to adjust the temperature to our liking. The exterior door was also quite tricky to open, taking multiple tries to unlock. Lastly, the instructions provided for the internet were incorrect, leading to some confusion. However, despite these small hiccups, we had a fantastic time at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay.
